Data We Collect and Legal Basis

Contact form — when you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, and message content. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your request); data is deleted once the request is resolved, within a maximum of six months. Newsletter — your email address is collected on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and is retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs — our hosting provider automatically records your IP address, browser type, pages accessed, and access timestamp for up to seven days for security purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. A technically necessary session cookie may be set to ensure basic site functionality. No cross-site tracking or behavioural profiling takes place.

This website is delivered via Cloudflare CDN; Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a data processor under an EU-compliant data processing agreement. Origin servers are located within the European Union. Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Newsletter subscriptions are managed via Supabase, hosted in the EU.
